At Jack Gordon and Sons we have been working on several things to help you make sure your equipment is Operating to its full potential. One of the programs we are putting into effect is our V.I.P. Club membership. We Believe the things we have outlined in this program will be beneficial to our customers in several different ways. What we have outlined in this program is listed below. Includes a full service check up for a/c system in spring and complete service and safety check up on heating system in early fall.

Spring check up list:

1- Check Refrigerant levels and temp splits on each system

2- Check all electrical wiring and check all electrical parts amp draws to insure maximum performance of electrical components in system

3- Check capacity in all electrical motors capacitors and points in contactors to prevent system failure.

4-Check all drain safety switches to insure all are working properly.

5-Check and clear main plus auxiliary drains and put  tabs in drain pans to help prevent drain failure.

6-Check return ducting and supply ducting in house for air leaks to insure system is properly sealed to maintain full efficiency and maximum performance.

7-Spray out Condenser Coils With water

8- Replace your Air filters if you have them on site

Fall safety and performance check list:

1-Perform complete safety service check up on gas furnaces to insure  all safety limits , flame sensors, igniters, vacuum switch , induce motor , control boards are working properly.

2-Check heat exchanger for cracks to insure there’s no carbon monoxide leaks or safety hazards in house.

3-Check clearance on vent pipe to insure combustibles are within clearance recommendations of manufacturers specs.

4-Check return ducting and supply ducting in house for air leaks to insure system is properly sealed to maintain full efficiency and maximum performance.

5-Check capacity of blower motor capacitors to insure proper performance of motor.

6-Check all electrical wiring to furnace.

Electric heat check list:

1-Check all electrical wiring in air handler.

2-Check all relays , sequencers, contactors , and safety limits to insure all parts are working properly and safely.

3-Check clearance of air handler to insure combustibles are within manufactures specs.

4-Check return ducting and supply ducting in house for air leaks to insure system is properly sealed to maintain full efficiency and maximum performance.

2: Should you have the need for a service call due to failure you will not be charged a service call for us to come out

The Cost to Become A Member of Our V.I.P. Club is As Follows:

Residential V.I.P. Club Membership: $225.00 for the first System, $195.00 for each additional system

Commercial V.I.P. Club Membership: $275.00 For the first System, $225.00 for each additional system

Senior, Military, and first responder V.I.P. Club Membership: $185.00 For the first System, $150.00 for each additional system
